Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, characterized for Fado and the Popular Parties, possess among its beauties, spectacular monuments, as the Torre de Belém, the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the magnificent Mosteiro dos  Jerónimos, among others. The buildings with tile façades and old terraces, they tip narrow medieval streets. To more recent construction, the modern and distinct commercial centers, extend for all the part. More centered, the Expo zone, has for offering moments of entertainment, leisure and culture. For the enthusiasm of children and adults, goeing to the Oceanário is obligator, being able to observe more than of close 15000 plants and animals, nominated fish. From the ferry cable or into the panoramic terrace of the Torre Vasco da Gamma, the involving area of Parque das Nações can be enchanted all with the sight on the River Tejo and in the other way, the Pavilhão do Conhecimento, as the name indicates, offers scientific and technological knowledge. The night is one of most fascinating of Europe, being very concurred in the Bairro Alto and the Docas, its have an enormous variety of restaurants and bars. Not very far from Lisbon, and to make it difficult the choice, a duality make us to doubt; on the other hand Sintra, with the charm of its mountain and the real atmosphere of the Palacio da Penay; on the other hand Estoril, with its agitated  nocturnal life, full of light and color absorbed in the frenetic agitation of the Casino. Between Serra de Sintra and Estoril, apears Cascais, a luxurious ranch of Summer coveted for thousand of tourist, particularly for the loving ones of the Surf and WindSurf. Not forgetting Ericeira, tourist village in Mafra very visited by Summer tourists, possess a natural beauty characterized by its beaches and cliffs. Far from the imponent bridges (Vasco da Gamma and 25 de Abril) is extended Costa Azul , that has as starting point, Costa da Caparica, so known by its beaches. Sesimbra is also a favourite local  for practise Windsurf. Goeing to Setúbal, meets the Parque Natural da Arrábida, with a rich flora in mediterranean species, such as the carvalho, the sobreiro and the azinheira, between which its hide the Águia de Bonelli, the Gato Bravo, the Bufo Real, among others. Finally Setúbal, known by its tipical meals of fish, as Salmonetes, Chocos, Ameijoas and Ostras, folloied of the famous Moscatel de Setúbal. Other specialties of the region are the Pasteis de Belém, the Cheeses of Azeitão, the Queijadas de Sintra, Pão-de-ló de Loures, the Folhados da Malveira… do not forgets to prove everything!
